Join us in reviving the greatness of our women and creating hope for the next generation.

Imagine a world….
Where our muslim women are provided a community of like minded Muslimah who are given the proper support, knowledge, and guidance to fulfill their aspirations while staying true to their faith.

The Mindful Muslimah organization makes this possible, by providing training, counseling, mentorship and real community support to women (world- wide), so that they can improve their mental health and family/community impact by overcoming their economic, personal and professional setbacks.

Especially for women from countries like Pakistan, Syria and Palestine, where they are often left to fend for themselves. We are trying to feed them, but what about their emotional and psychological support needed? No one is considering their life-long trauma and need to rebuild themselves. This is where you can help.

We need to reach them too and let them know that the world hasn’t forgotten them. 

The Khadijah Initiative guides women in crisis and troubled youth  back to their Islamic identity and purpose.

The Khadijah Initiative is a groundbreaking project that was created to revive the legacy of Khadijah RAA, a revered woman in Islam.

This initiative aims to empower Muslim women of all age groups, addressing critical challenges through mentorship programs, classes, courses, and support groups. The Khadijah Initiative guides troubled youth and women back to their Islamic identity and purpose.

OUR WOMEN ARE SUFFERING & NEED REAL HELP

HOW WE HELP WOMEN

  • We teach them how to love themselves and feel confident in their identity
  • We teach them how to be a modern day Muslimah without compromising their Islam.
  • We help them master their emotions and have better life balance. This helps them become better wives and mothers.
  • How to get married by the Qur'an and Sunnah and maintain a healthy Islamic marriage
  • Learn to parent mindfully according to Islam

Recently, we have been able to provide sisters with:

  • 105 Qurans and Islamic books
  • 455 counseling sessions
  • Helped 5 women make shahada live
  • 209 women with Islamic classes
  • 79 full master courses
  • and more...

But so many more women are asking for support, and we need your help to accommodate them.

Where your contributions to the KHADIJAH project go:

  • Consultation calls: 15 - 45 min of one on one guidance
  • Mentorship Training: Instilling personal growth tactics by teaching sisters how to create better structure in their day to day life
  • Yearly Seminars: In person classes done throughout the year covering important topics of struggle in our community
  • Full master classes and courses on self-improvement and Marriage
  • A supportive online sisterhood through our network, Thrive Muslimah, a global international sisterhood
  • Educational (Marriage) Workshops

We also help Reverts:

We help reverts make shahadah add them to our community and give them 24 hour support with guidance on marriage for those who are interested as well as lifestyle changes.

Shahadah Gift Box: A gift box filled with essential supplies to help our muslimah get started on their journey

Unmarried Women:

We help them AVOID TEMPTATIONS & UNSTABLE DATING SCENARIOS, UNDERSTAND their RIGHTS as WOMEN , NAVIGATE THE FIRST YEARS OF MARRIAGE & RESOLVE COMMON MARITAL PROBLEMS through our workshops, classes & courses.

Married Women:

We teach them how to CREATE AN ISLAMIC HOME, NAVIGATE THE JOYS & DEEP CHALLENGES OF PARENTING from ages 0-12, HOW TO RAISE TEENS from 13-18 years who are constantly being challenged and challenging them in an ever changing world.

All women within the Khadijah Project:

  • Attain leadership skills
  • Learn family growth and preservation tactics
  • Have an online and offline sisterhood support network
  • Significant improvement in mental well-being
  • Significant direction in overcoming challenges

It's disheartening to see that mental health has become such a heavy burden in our community, yet the attention and resources needed to address this issue have been lacking. This is why Mindful Muslimah is urgently committed to our mission of supporting Muslim Women, particularly in tackling critical mental health and marital challenges.

We're dedicated to building a caring and guiding community that helps them navigate these challenges. We firmly believe that our Muslimah with the right support can build and guide us towards a better future. And in order to do this they deserve the unwavering support and guidance that they are seeking. Together, let's take action to ensure their well-being and empower them for a brighter tomorrow.

Who We Are - Mindful Muslimah Inc.

Mindful Muslimah Inc., began from a need to take back our women often lost due their circumstances and give them the support, guidance, community and connected that they desperately need and deserve.Too often our revert sisters are congratulated on their shahadah and then sent off to figure out their new religion alone and unsupported.
Many of our women are leaving the fold of Islam due a lack of support and guidance. Reverts and even our sisters who were born and raised as Muslims face problems that may be referenced in lectures and books, and yet have no practical modern-day step-by-step solutions on how to implement the Qur’an and Sunnah as busy wives, mothers, students in modern day life, while staying true to our Islamic identity without compromise. Practical application is the key.
Mindful Muslimah strives to create long-term solutions for the Muslim community that will not only help women build themselves, but also their families and the great community and Ummah for generations to come. Help us help new Muslims embrace their new faith with support and educational guidance.

Mindful Muslimah is a licensed educator and community leader of 25 years who has created a solution to this epidemic through her an online spaces for women to grow and thrive together, as women of impact. Our organization currently supports and educates women in 147 countries world-wide.
